Well, it's official MD members, I have made my move from FLEX to MD and from now on, I will be glad to report all the good gossips and news from the Mecca of bodybuilding, Gold's Gym Venice.
I want to thank Steve Blechman and all the MD Team for giving me a new home and I will do my very best to keep you informed on what's going on here and all over the bodybuilding world.

...sadly, I was banned from the forums before I could do so.

Their loss, our win. I don't think anyone has his finger on the pulse of the LA bb scene the way Dave does. MD hasn't had a decent gossip column in years. I can't wait to see it in the mag - should be on par with Lonnie Teper's "News and Views" in Ironman.

mayhem was a good site back in the day. getbig and mayhem would duke it out nearly every hour about anything and everything. the pros posted (at least under their real name) at mayhem, and they had Chad and a ton of other people that made quality posts.
now the place is a damn ghost town with tumbleweeds and shit blowing through.
