That is quite a block! Train at Gold's, eat at Firehouse or Sauce, and get your fresh new clothes at Max Muscle! In most parts of the US, if you could even do all that in one state you'd be driving around for hours.

Firehouse doesn't taste as good as it used to either. I could tell a year or so ago they started using cheaper egg whites and charging for condiments that used to be free.

I think they also downsized their staff because unless you are getting breakfast expect to wait 30 min for your food! Make sure you get your pwo shake in if you are going for a post workout meal and go right away. I would start getting borderline hypoglyemic bc I'd go there hungry and be waiting forever.

I need to try this Sauce place. Last time I swung by it was called The Corner or something weird like that. Didn't that place used to have giant, cheap burritos? Ah the good ole days of LA...where have they gone. =)

I can attest to Sauce being the new bodybuilding restaurant king down there on Hampton next to Dave's shop! Food is great. Here's a shot of my last meal I had there ! LOL!!

I dont think the restaurant Sauce in and around phoenix is the sames as the one in venice. Sauce in AZ just serves pizzas and salads.

That's correct, the place is actually called Sauce on Hampton and there is only one. It is not a chain.
