The Big Boss of the bodybuilding himself Jim Manion is in the Mecca for a few days and came to eat next door at Sauce and chat with me for a 20 minutes. It's always nice to have JIm around and talk shop. He's actually really funny and has countless stories about bodybuilding, new ones and old ones. He actually also brought up my move to MD and wished me luck. Man, it always surprises me when people as important as Jim know what I'm doing and actually care. I guess i'm not flying under the radars anymore. I better be watching what I'm saying. Ha!

Dave, I am jumping ship too. Look foward to following your posts on MD's board. Been a LONG TIME subscriber to flex, but honestly havent been reading it much lately. Going to have to scribe to MD now, every time I fly somewhere I get it at the airport and actually read it. Seems to be more up to speed on what us meatheads really think about it.
