    I still have trouble with my form I think on benching. I can do close grips easily for much more with less effort than my regular benches>.<

    I started flaring my elbows out more lately, I think this might help my development a little more.

    I am starting to really like getting a good chest stretch on chest day, it very much helps me get a good pump in my pecs and adds to the soreness the next day, which helps me feel like I did something right.

    Impossible to vote.

    I Love the following three(3) just as equally.

    Flat Bench (barbell)
    Incline Bench (barbell)
    and Flat Dumbbells...

    In my opinion, anything else is considered too easy, for me at least.

    No machines or cables for me.
