Yes. Sometimes. Sorta. I lift as much as I possibly can everytime. After warmups, there is never an easy set or rep....DC Style.

I'm 23 lbs heavier than my avatar. I've been eating large amounts of proteins and fats but am seriously considering switching my diet to Proteins, Carbs and very low fat and sodium.

Epic reply! Thank you very much, Sir.

I've been noticing an incredible amount of strenght as of lately. Maybe it's because I tend to stick with compound exercises....Bench Press, Squat and Deadlifts.

Also, IMPO, I think it's ridiculous and beyond impossible to train DC when doing Chest, Squats and Deads....

I used to concentrate mainly on the incline BB followed with decline BB for years, but lately been focusing on heavy flat BB work.

I have to say though, as long as it's heavy(for me) I love them all........

Admittedly I did not read the entire thread but does anyone do flat bench presses using a cambered bar? They helped my BP strength and chest development more than any other exercise.

I love every free weight and machine for chest but got to love the good old flat bench bb.

my chest responds very quick to compounds and blows my balance off. So i kind of started liking isolation moves like cable crossovers

I'm really liking the hammer strength press right now. Not a big fan of machine's but this one really hits my chest well. I train alone so it's nice to be able to work with heavier weight without worrying about crushing myself. I haven't tried the decline hammer strength but I absolutly hate the incline Hammer machine. It has a very close grip and I feel it in my triceps more than anything else.

    My Favs would be:
    Flat Hammer strength press
    Flat Bench
Incline DB press in that order.

if you bring your butt to the end of the seat instead of placing it flat against the pad it feels so much better
