    Lol...I dont think it was the estro...but I will get some novedex xt tomorrow. I feel much better. Had cheat meals all weekend, felt like shit, slept alot. Now im much better.

    Yeah get some xt. You need to control estrogen regardless on cycles. Estrogen is good, but you only need normal levels, not woman levels or more....

    I was told it wasnt a neccesity so I really didnt bother. Guess I needed to. I know better for next time though.

    Well you don't have to, but high estrogen in males is no good. A lot of people think it's only if you get gyno or not, but it goes deeper than that.

    Yeah I know all about estrogen...I had 4 sisters lol. Havent had any signs of gyno yet though...but I havent had full time for the sust to kick in yet either so Im sure time will tell.

    Took 1cc yesterday. I seem to be getting better and better at the shots lol. I really felt great yesterday even though I didnt workout. I had a great workout today. Started off with 40mins on the stairmaster. Ate 1/2 cup grits and protein shake. Hit back hour later. Im back in the swing of things. I think I just needed change and some rest.

    Glad to hear things are going good again bro! I just started prep last Saturday, clen is freakin' awesome! I have gotten noticeably tighter in just four days. This is going to be a fun show...

    Test winny is working great...staying steady at 272. But strength is still climbing, size is starting to be more noticable, and I had to drill a hole in my belt this morning =)

    Cycle is going great other than some site injection tenderness. Im at 280 now...I was at 284 at my heaviest last year...but I was soft, flabby and strong. Now at 280 im solid, veiny, and stronger. I started ad libbing my workouts to kinda get out of the routine and its working great.

    I do have some nova...30mg tabs. How or when should I take it. I think I was just having a cold. Body aches, no fever, sinus pressure from hell. Took some meds yesterday and feel alot better today...but didnt workout. I workout saturday...I killed chest and legs. Felt great...but after I felt worse.
    Personally, I think a log book is over rated.

    I just use one lift and try to beat that every week, no writing shit down required.

    I hear ya Kurt. I know my strength is up cause a week before I started my cycle I did a 1 rep max on bench for 380. This past saturday I did 405 for 1 1/2 reps (one on my own and half of one....and the other half with some assistance lol)
