beef is best for growth, i gain best , when i eat 2 steaks a day, one in day and one b4 bed.
but i still love eggs cause their easier for your body to digest, and i can eat one or 2 an hour before a workout.

Beef has to be my favorite protein source, with chicken following as a close second.

I like eggs too, but they can become real old real fast. I usually have to have some toast or something with them to make them more palatable, but right now I'm on the Palumbo low-carb diet, so that's not an option. As a result, I've become tired of eggs. For whatever reason, it's much easier (at least for me) to become sick of eggs than to become sick of chicken/beef/fish. Anyone else agree?

Absolutely. I've been eating chicken 2x a day for the last 3 months, and still love it.

Nice cuts of steak are my favorite. Just starting eating bison and elk and they both taste great, very lean too.

STEAK! but it isn't practical. Right now I am on a tuna kick. Tuna is cheap and fast! Try tuna with spray butter, yum

Anything but protein powder. IMO it's a wast of time to drink a protein shake as a meal. Just eat 6oz. of chicken and you'll get better results.
