    either peperoni and sausage pizza or this Chinese dish I make .. General Tso's chicken added to Shrimp chow mein with Shrimp fried rice...
    It's a neck in neck toss up between the two

    Thai, chinese, indian and japanese of course are staples on cheat days. Pizza not so much anymore, except from homemade recipes.

    my favorite has been the 2 for $20 at applebees... the apetizer and the two entrees make me feel like enough shit to make it through a couple of weeks without even thinking about crap food...

    or ill take A meat lovers pizza ....

    Just tried peanut butter, banana, oates with vanilla protein powder. Not exactly cheat meal, but it's great.

    Why am I reading this for.. the horror.. I spent 1 hour in the grocery store looking for something in the chip isle to eat.. ended up in the International section and picking wasabi nori...sux
