    im currently wrestling at heavy weight but i feel that i would be much better at 215 i need some very basic diet guidlines to follow so i can drop the weight thanks so much

    How much weight do you need to cut? Isn't the cut off like 245?

    What do you weigh now, how much of it is fat or muscle, and when do you need to drop it by.
