Why is it no one mentions that Branch kills Victor from the waist down. Shouldn't the legs be a more dominant bodypart than arms in competition ? Coincidence that Victor tore his quad and Branch kills that department and Branch injured one bicep and one tricep and Victor has great arms?

Doesn't really look like branch haha, don't know why...even in the face..maybe he changed up the facial hair

But yeah, victor does seem to dwarf branch, and branch doesn't seem to be as strong as usual.

If you look at most of the guys who actually lock-out there pressing movements they have better triceps...so it is partially due to his form..

look at levrone, always locked-out....and monster triceps...coincidence?

Examples? You can't be serious about this post? Locking out is going to give you massive triceps? I guess Frank Zane never locked out. LOL

The top 50% of the bench movement put much more stress on triceps compared to the lower 50%.

Great vid. Hopefully we'll see more in the future but maybe not from these two guys. They appear to not like each other much but I may be wrong.

It just goes to show that most BB's look great on their own, but put them next to someone else, it's a whole other story.

Not beeing rude but Whats your point. It works for him. So maybe you do perfect reps why dont you atleast look a little bit like victor. Your point is irrelevant . I cant stand the form police especially when you are critiquing a top level pro.

Ragging on Branch's form or arms really doesn't take away the fact that in 2009 he was #2 Olympia & 2010 #3 ASC. Branch easily handles 405lb on the incline in true off season for the guy who is 50lbs lighter doing the same weight (315 x 10)? And as far as his form goes, he looks like he looks... form, weight, AAS he still has his own special genetic code to work with. So Branch looks like Branch and Vic looks like Vic. Let's try and compare identical bodybuilding twins or let it go...

Also love how so many called Vic "small" after seeing him at the Arnold Expo this year. Not so small huh? He didn't look small at the Arnold and looks even bigger than then now! Do not count Vic out. If he nails his conditioning with one full year off after so much bullshit with injuries and loss of family memebers it's on!

As bodybuilding fans we have the right to critique and like who we choose. Just as with the NFL and Brett's last minute interception in the playoffs with the Vikings or LeBron Jame's meltdown versus Boston. But some people get a little harsh as if their shit is Platinum?

Cool vid. About the only thing my workout partner and I talk about are 'what weight you want on the bar' and 'how many reps', unless a wicked pair of tits or ass is within eyeshot! haha

Branch does train like your typical ego-filled friend who's training for the first time. Only difference being Branch is a good guy and has hella muscle to lift said weight! haha

Everyone keeps talking about how they weren't conversing with each other, yet the video only shows them during their actual reps, not the rest in between. How many of you talk about tea and crumpets in the middle of squeezing your 8th rep?
