    This is John Simone 10 weeks out from the masters nats..

    Ive been doing his prep all year for this show and hes looking freaky at 10 weeks... cruising into the show..

    Crazy super condition! Upper body dominant! Squats will be your best friend next time around!

    Alex what class is he in. He is upper body dominant for sure. Looks to have great conditioning. Is he from New orleans area,years ago.

    He is from West Virginia as far as i know Jude.. but hes been around..

    Took first in the superheavies at the NPC pitsburgh in 2007.

    Sure thing.. John is one of the most hardest working guys i have gotten to know.. and a totally cool guy..

    He has been preparing for the this show with me all year.. and looks really amazing..

    Looks really good! will be competitive in the Supers at that show...only thing i see is his legs look small compared to the top. But im sure he knows that already and is working on it.

    Hi All
    and anyone who is interested. As much as I like to train and compete, last week I had a health issue. I have been 300lbs for several months, and doing some powerlifting. Actually was readying for a meet in December. I wasn't feeling up to par, long story short I had a heart cath. They placed 1 stent. Not sure how this will effect me, but it was only by the grace of GOD that I went to get checked out. I am 49, still luv to train. Wish everyone great health and success. Be safe, be smart
