    I use protein cycling. It changes every 3-4 days.

    Interesting - I have carb cycled, but not protein cycled. Care to elaborate?

    I try to stay balanced. On average, I usually eat about 300-400g. of protein a day, and since I'm about 210, I try to keep it between 1.5g/2g per lb.

    protein is 300g daily give or take 10-20g

    I weigh 245lbs right now and take in about 240-250 grams of protein a day, but I plan on upping that to about 300.

    Im a 200lbs 22 year old natty and I keep protein constant all year long, in season or off season at 275-300g a day. I used to take in only 200-225g a day in my first 2 years of training and I lost mass when dieting, got way too damn sore and stayed sore for the whole week. Every since passing the 275g a day mark I have seen major improvements in growth and recovery. I also started on Vitargo at the same time also so maybe thats partly why as well?

    I get about 50-55 grams per meal, and eat 7-8 times per day. I currently weigh about 230.

    ditto. also interested in a little more about futures pro cycling, since he is a big, strong mofo. Most people I know of keep pro intake steady all the time.
