Currently I weigh 119 lbs. Yesterday my protein intake was close to 300. So a little bit more than 2 grams per.

With a pair of legs like that I cant argue!!!

Protein cycling? I also Carb cycle getting ready for a show, And increase fats accordingly. But my protein stays at 2g per body weight. So around 520-540 per day

1.75g-2 g per lb. of body weight. I try to stay at about 10% bf. Protein builds muscle and if you are busting your ass in the gym, I feel you can go as high as 2 g per lb. of body weight, unless you are veyr obese and in that case you are just going to remain FAT. If you are bulking especially, excess protein can do no harm. i'd rather eat excess protein to feel full then excess carbs or fat any day.

99.9% of people truly have no idea how much they really eat as very few put everything on a scale prior to cooking. In all the years I've been in this sport not once did someone send me their diet and had an accurate count. Most dont even count the protein from carbs let alone get an accurate calculation on the proteins themselves.

Ask 1000 people how much protein in 200 grams chicken on a scale and you will get 1000 answers.

I think some of the cal counts for individual meals are messed up, however everything else should be spot on.
