Either you lie alot or your rich.Do you really know what you have to eat to get 300 grams of protein and only 20 carbs. That is really hard to do.

When I was dieting this summer I was eating about 270 gr.
In the off season I don't realy count but I eat less protein and more carbs and fat.

Lately the focus has been more on calories. 4000-5000 a day. Only 200 grams of protein on most days. Ive been heavier so thats enough to support growth for me, main thing is the carbs and overall calories need to be consistant in that range. My weight is only between 198-202 currently, but at my strongest now.
