    0.5 - 0,7g protein per pound a day.
I tried to increase but nothing happens about muscle, just fat!
I think its more about carbs and kalls instead of protein intake.

1g of protein per 1lbs of weight 200g per day. Only 25% of that coming from protein drinks, which is more than enough IMHO for me.

So, 75% protein from food and 25% protein from supplements per day!

I put on fat anything above that.

Roughly 2.5g/kg/day. From all the research Ive seen if you can stay under that it wont put any stress on the kidneys.

Probably just above 1g/lb. of bodyweight, personally I've found one of the biggest differences in gains of muscle and gym performance is from getting that from quality sources, both shakes that are isolate based, and quality whole food sources, but also huge difference when I increased my (healthy) fat intake, just my .02. I also believe the timing of protein intake is valid, in addition to the amount

1.5-2.0 grams/kilogram just enough to repair tissue, too much protein=fat gain.

I try to get at least 1 gram per lb of my body weight. Most comes from whole food, with about 2 shakes on training days and 1 shake on off days.
