Ok i do my best to update information on myself and Romano.

Romano has a home out there, he just out there for now so he can get some peace enjoy mexico with his son, for it was a promise to him. Romano has much going on for he stated much of it on rxmuscle on his thread and the radio show.

Romano remains my coach. I will attend to him in August for an entire week of prep training, just as i did before going to Long Island. As he puts it, nothing changes just a different airport :-) Be my first time ever going to Mexico. But training with Romano i dont care where its at..He and I seem to fall in our own zone regardless of location.

As for the anal charges lol! it was all new news to me as well, again he explains it all on rxmuscle. but for some of you who wish not to go there, it was an ex girlfriend from a few yrs back who refuses to leave him alone..Just as most stated, if it was so, why didnt she file charges instead of harassing him and others on line. ??? just more stupid gossip that seems to catch crowds eyes and ears..

For me, he is my coach and will on going and continue to be my coach..

It is a cool gym, alot of old equipment, alot of plate weights, dumbells that run heavy..Power lifters are there, bodybuilders are there.
The owner Jerry is very very cool guy! as well as his staff! it is not commercial style gym..Its not squeaky clean, and you can sweat your ass off, growl, whatever, doesnt threaten the members, their use to it..

music lol sort of sux, but i think Jer likes his classic rock :-)

its also for members rather cheap to train at.. anyways i say its worth an adventure over..

for sure, I'd never want to train anywhere else. We were filming for in the trenches and for my next DVD and Jerry was really cool with it. Last few gyms I was at made me jump through hoops and sign a ton of paperwork. I tried a few other gyms around this area and there are places with nicer equipment, but you really can't buy and atmosphere like the one at PH.

I trained there for a few months last year when i was working in Tampa. Loved it!!! Basic, hardcore gym.

I know Ed the owner of Golds of Waters and DAle Mabry, he is pretty cool too. I think with Ed, he just ask for some type of recognition, he gets real happy to see some of hard core pple there.

Anytime fitness right next to my apartment, Jim Burk the owner, he lets me do photoshoots, and record my workouts as well. He too, gives me free passes or tells me if during an even if other folks want to use his gym he be more then happy to allow it, just needs heads up for it.. Its just PH, and Anytime is way up North Dale Mabry, a bit far from the event, but anyways i know nothing of the other gyms, but ones i mentioned are game to help out if requested.

We used to have a PowerHouse in Houston but they had to close down. Was the best atmosphere ever! Now Golds over here suck royally and you have tons of 24 hr and LA Fitness centers. Is why i like the little place that i train at.

Dem regular folks are what pay the bills.

Everyone sitting in the same row as I was at the NY pro thought Sheila was the hands down winner.

Her presentation was electrifying. If the hall was a little bit quiet it was because she went on first and people were shocked at what they saw.

She brings female bodybuilding to a new level.
