    Cut from 30% to 10 on 250-300 carbs per day using van and chrom 4 tomes a day pennies on the dollar I don't think I am going broke anytime soon using these. Tip scooby had me start the GDA and I can not say anything but people are carophobic.

    The GDAs were started back in Feb shuttles the carbs like no other.

    Me too. Very carb sensitive, especially to wheat/flour based products (bread, pizza dough, muffins, etc.)

    Great thank you! Should I take them right aong with those meals or should I take them prior to the meal so it will kick in for that upcoming meal?

    Also, is this the appropriate type of chromium to use... http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hp/chromium.html

    Is this the right kind of Vanadyl... http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/un/van.html

    wow, i cant believe how little carbs some people eat while bulking. im an endo and I work construction, so i stay between 1,000 and 1,500.

    I diet on 350 to 400 too. No other way to keep that drug induced look.

    I'm just curious, what does the rest of the diet/training consist of? Are you actually able to cut fat efficiently? Or are you already in decent enough shape year-round by eating as healthily as possible? Right now I'm on the Palumbo keto diet where you get maybe 30 grams of carbs a day.
