    Fak, I know your all about training to failure and I see its usually 1-2 sets per exercise but just curious as to why it seems like your guys do alot of volume leading up to those sets?

    Yo Fak. When is the "right" time to experiment with anabolics. I know this is a personal and moral choice, but Im asking this based on a physique standpoint. I have been seriously lifting for about 2 years. In this time I have gained about 40 pounds and completely transformed my physique. I am still growing fairly quickly, so I was just wondering what the indicator is to try anabolics? 20yrs old. 195-200 pounds.

    also just to follow up, why do you advocate the use of whey isolates instead of a blend

    Hey Fak, i´ve seen your clients and all i can say is respect bro, i would love to see a response from you, i am dieting right now my show is on november 6 i am running on keto, i am really carb sensitive (i am a type 1 diabetic i think insulin might be the problem, because i gain fat really quick when eating carbs even if they are clean i am very anal about dieting so i eat only good carbs in the off season like yams, oats, everything wholegrain) i started my dieting at 202 right now i am at 180 but i feel my glutes are holding too much water and sometimes i feel kinda flat, right now i am eating 290 grams of protein coming from chicken, egg whites, and iso 100 protein mostly, and 90 grams of fats coming from nuts and olive oil. do you think that raising my sodium intake could help with this can you give me a help please. also i am doing cardio 25 minutes LISS empty stomach and 45 minutes right before weight training.

    Hey Fak! What amino's / supplements do you recommend to take pre workout and intra workout in the offseason? Oh and in the offseason what carb sources do you use on your clients? I ask this because it seems like everyone is going back to the white rice / white/red potatoes instead of the super slow bloating carbs like sweet poatoes/brown rice/oatmeal?

    So as my off season training is going well and diet is going great I am noticing that my chest is not growing properly. My right pectoral is not growing or barely; the thickness, shoulder tie-in, valley and width are all smaller then my left pectoral what is causing this and how can i repair this? I cannot what so ever come on stage at my first competition like this!

    Hey Fak, I just started my off season dieting. My goals are to try to put on as much size as possible without getting too fat. I dont mind if I add some bodyfat as I know its only natural, but I dont wanna get too bloated. My problem is I am a real picky eater. I hate fish and most complex carbs. I dont really like sweet potatoes or brown rice. I can handle potatoes though. Right now I been eating only top sirloin and chicken for protein. For carbs I been eating lots of sushi rice, because I dont really like brown rice. I eat oatmeal for breakfast, vitargo pwo, and sushi rice for every other meal. My protein is around 300-350g per day, carbs 500-600g, and fats 100g. I am 5'11 240lbs about 12% bf. How bad is all the sushi rice for me that I am eating? I can switch to brown rice if I have to but it will be much harder to get down. Thanks

    I have been personal training for years and finally earned my Dietition license. Do you recommend I get insurance for my nutrition practice? Do you have insurance for being a prep coach? Just trying to see the best route for covering my ass.

    Really admire your work ethics with your clients.

    hey fakhary i wanna ask you about some thing now iam17 years old and 168 lbs and 174 cmand my body fat is 12 % i want to reach to 185 lbs how many protein and carbs and fats shoud i take daily thank you...

    hey Fakhri was wondering if we can get ur impute on what the last week (basic sample) wud look like for a middle weight competitor (176lb) water, sodium, carb load and protein?!! and if didnt make weight fri night 6pm wut it wud look like for light heavys 176-198lbs thx for ur time!!

    people keep saying 2g spring water sun, mon, 1g tue,wed, 1/2g thur, 16oz fri, sips sat, deplete carbs mon,tue,wed till 12pm. carb load thur, fri, sat and only protein with breakfast lunch dinner?? carbs like 1 yam or 2 rice cakes every 2hrs..
