    Jason,

What does your offseason diet look like in terms of listing the meals of specific carb and protein.

Also how much you spend on your protein sources per week or month and where do you shop

    Good luck!

I think he's talking about cooking them in your trunks big guy? haha

Why do you like rack deads as opposed to from the ground or from the shin (Dorian style)? I prefer them too for back because I feel I use my erectors, lats and even my rear delts moe so than the other versions. I hope I haven't answered my own question haha thanks in advance and best of luck in the pro ranks, your legs are sick

What did an average day of off season eating look like for you?

Yo Jason, I have a Q on your vacuum posing. Do you actually train those inner muscles with vacuum posing exercises like you see in the old Arnold training book? Or is just something you could always do. If you do work at it, how?

i kind of answered this in another post after getting into the reasons why ppl lift but ill copy and paste it for you brother!

HMMMM well i think its great your using your brain to approach bodybuilding. but you must remember everybody has there own reasons for bodybuilding and how they view bodybuiding as a whole to seeing themselves in the mirror. Ones reason for bodybuilding to another can be a major difference, some may have started due to wanting to stay in shape. others maybe lifting for stress relief to some lifteing due to deeper and sometimes darker pshycological reason. all in all i think its a way of expresion and relaese. I think from that stems the development of a powerfull mind as a bodybuilder, as long as you are able to pin point your own reasons for bodybuilding your only harnessing more power to reach your true potential. developing your mind as you develope you bodying is very important. once you stop mind devlopment you stunt your bodys true potential. to be a bodybuilder at the top of your game i beleive you must have a powerfull mind.

well i began lifting in high school at the time thinking i just wanted to lose weight becuase i was begining to get a little fat. not crazy fat i played soccer all my youth, i just wanted some abbs. but not until recently have i really thought of the reasons why, maybe around 2 years ago. My mother is a doctor in clinical phsycology and i have always loved the subject! after few years of lifting, One day i walked into the gym and my father stopped me, he said jason why do you lift? i said becuase i like it i love the pump i love the rush i love seeing my body change. he said i dont want you to bodybuild unless you LOVE it! love it like your own child, somthing you would die for. and dont show you face here until you understand that and cant resist not being here everyday for the rest of your life.... I was totaly shocked! i went thinking about why i lifted and at the time just couldnt figure it out. but through a serious of convos with my mother i began to understand that i lifted for a much deeper reason and now i understand just played into me being an artist as a child.. as a kid i was heavy into superheros batman impaticular. they defended the weak and took care of the bad guy. She asked me a few questions ex major incendents that stick out in my mind as a kid and in self thought it brought me back to the first time i was bullied as a kid, by one impaticular incedent that at the time seemed so tramatic to me. after that i remeber seeing others being bullied through my childhood and i was alwasy the one that would beat the hell out of the bully lmao. long story short i have always been a protector and care taker of others. hence art atwood nick nameing me SUPERHUHRO

    Jason-

This may sound like a dumb question---but coming from a natural "fat kid" like myself, I think it's worth asking.

Do you naturally like clean foods? If so, are you ever tempted to stray from your diet? I know that I don't really like clean foods and it's very very tedious for me to constantly eat clean. I'm trying to figure out why....

I'm assuming that bad food has major addictive properties similar to heroin and crack...no joke...but, if you have the same bad food tendencies, how do you cope with them?

    Thanks and congrats bro!

Yeah bro ive been working with george farrah for a couple of months now after just doing a couple of shows using his methods for the last 6 weeks and now its offseason george has me eating a ton of carbs and alot of food and so far its been 8- 9 weeks in my offseason and ive put on around 40 pds and leaner than i usually am in offseason mode so i totally agree with the more food approach and its definately not all about how much supersups u take.

How heavy do u get in offseason mode?
