Hey Jason, colngrats on the pro card, you were awesome! Questions on the final week, how do you handle water? If you drink a few gallons early in the week, what do you think of using crystal lite mixed with the water? Thanks for any answers!!

I saw in an interview with dave palumbo that you gained 20 lbs in a year. what kind of diet did you follow, and what does your training split look like?

Do you notice that staying on a gluten-free diet helps you stay leaner? What prompted you to try this approach?

    Thanks!

    Hey Jason,
I am 18 and was wondering what you feel is the most effective way to go about adding muscle mass to the chest. Do you prefer barbells, dumbells, or the smith machine? and could you write up a routine for me that you feel is best for my situation?
    all the best

    Hi Jason!
Hope everything is good with you and your family? Hope your killing it in the gym!!

I was wondering what you think is the best way to go by to improve your back. I need
more width and thickness, mostly thickness. Any advice?

Also, when you squat. How wide do you stand with your feet? Any speciel you think is best for overall quad mass?
One last question, how much is your weight right now? Do you have any goal to increase it before your prep for the New York?

Take care and good luck in the future. You are one of the best

I always drink 11/2 to 2 gallons a day consistently, and i never use any artificals for my water because they are bad for you.

I do not prefer one exercise over the other, because they are all equally important. one day i might go in and use all 3 types of those exercises and another day i might only use one. you have to find whay is working for you that paticular day.

as for my reps and sets i never really count reps, i know that i keep my rep range in between 6-16. and as formy sets i usually do 5-6 sets per exercise.

for back thickness i really like tbar rows, barbell rows and dead lifts! as for you squat stance it all depends depends on you and your height and structure to find out what stance willbe ideal for you! i like a little wider then shoulder width. i dont want to put on more then 10 pounds for the NY and currently i am 275.

What type of a chest routine would you follow if you were 18, could you write up a sample chest workout for me? That would be awesome!

I remember seeing pics of you a few years ago and you were way smaller.

I think you grew faster then any pro I can think off the top of my head?

How would you tell a standard gym rat to do what you did?
Gentlemen, you have two choices: Mamma Mia or Jersey Boys.

Jason, was gonna ask you how you developed such big thick hamstrings. I need mine to pop more. But I did my homework and went back in your forum and you credit the ham glute raises. I then watched your hamstring training video which demonstrates it. I'm doing hamstrings tomorrow and am gonna try it. Looks like a small movement. Might be awkward at first until you get used to them we will see. Hamstrings are just so limited exercise wise. Thanks
