Default Phil Heath Train Legs 9 Days Out

On the vertical leg press you get a peak of the Hamstring area and he is looking to bring the same conditioning if not better then the Arnold.

    Phil Heath.... FTW!

I hope he wins it this year. He seems like a hard working and humble guy and I think he'd be a great ambassador for the sport (no knock against Jay).

I hear shoulder width so much and it drives me fucking nuts... He has a really good v shape to his body, I would much rather see narrow clavicles and small waist verse wide shoulders and wide waist....

I like Heath. He's come a long way these past 8 years. I can say he's one of my idols even though he's just nearly three years older than I. My plan is to hit it hard once I turn 30. Anyway, he's definitely a top contender however, he's still not Mr. Olympia ready yet. Not with Jay, Kai, and possibly Dexter and Victor in the way. He has so much muscle and conditioning I wonder if he can get any bigger and better. What else can he improve on?

Phil will never be Mr. Olympia. Not big enough, and doesn't have the structure to ever be big enough.

The problem is that bbers are better judged in comparaison than alone and the fact is that Jay has the best structure.
I can see Phil beating Kai but not Jay if everybody are in the best shape of their life.

He'll be in the low 240's on stage, which will make a big difference from last year when he was in the low 220's due to him being sick on Friday. Phil will probably be the best conditioned and most detailed guy in the top 5. Book it.

Jay's structure is by far inferior to Victor's. What Jay is is WIDE. It gives the illusion of good structure.
