    @Sibil: How was it for you? And is it still fun to do? You have a lot of pressure on yourt schoulders i think? Especially when everybody is pulling at him?


    What do you recommend for training? Split training or a form of Fullbody training? You do split with Roelly i know but what do you think of Fullbody? Especially for amature's?

    I do not rest in my training but it must sometimes Grandma,
    otherwise I pick up the exercise is not good on my muscles
    and i train heavy now

    hey sibil, I am 15 years old and I started bodybuilding for about a year now. but I dont gain anymore muscle can you take a look at my diet?
