    Hey Roelly

I asked this to Cedric as well. You and him are two of my favorite so I'm asking you both!

Before you turned pro or had ambitions of even competing in body building what so ever, did you have trouble sticking to a diet when trying to lose fat? Were you above
10% or under during your teens? Thanks!

    Hi Roelly and Sibil

I want to say you will have a super great future in the bodybuilding industry. We all support you!
I have 2 questions for you Roelly or Sibil:

    -Whats your off-season trainingsplit?
-Which excercises would you suggest for someone with bad triceps? Damn your triceps is just not from this earth Roelly xD

All your videos on team andro are great! I really like them. I'm looking forward to see you enter the temple and train with "the shadow" dorian =)

Wish you all the best and keep kicking ass on stage and in the gym!

    Hi Sibil and Roelly.

Could you please explain me about never cut sodium during contest preparation.

How you get out of the water retention with out cutting sodium?

    Thanks.

Could you please explain me about never cut sodium during contest preparation.

when roelly came the first time to me for his prep.he never using salt his body was allways looking smooth and he was after the training verry tired and lethargic and sleeps allot
i explane to him we going to start to do bring in the salt he was sceptisch about that, so i explane why it has to be.
on the NY pro i was talking with Dennis Wolf and he has the same problem, he says to me some day for the contest when the salt was out he was not thinking good anymore he was weak,so i talk to him and told him the same story that i never take out the salt by the athletes, because of does things,my opinion the athletes have to funktion al the way

How you get out of the water retention with out cutting sodium?

first this i don't say take more salt but salt is be need
salt is important for nerve impulse conduction signals from your brains that instruct muscles to lift your arm,and the contraction of muscles. In addition, salt is important in fluid balance in your body and plays a role in regulating blood plessure

when you start to take the carbs down and bring the protein higher you gott to start loosing water
than you have alott of products(food) what what take the water out

Sibil, right now I'm preparing for another contest, and I'm just eating lean protein and water... No carbs or fat
I still have 2 weeks for the contest, so I'm going to try to add the salt to see what happened during the week before the final week pre contest.

    Thanks for your advice.
