What can you advice me while cuting.. so my brain does not go out function... I'm doin 240 grams of carbs right now and its my 4th week on the diet... I just went down to 240 last week (3erd week) and I feel thinking got a litle hard for me , I have an important test coming in a month... and I well have to lower my carbs in a matter of 1-2 weeks from now so ill keep losing fat..
my question is... well my body adjust to the low carbs soon? or should I stay on 240 tell my test is over?
Its a weird question I know.. but Ill like to her what do you think about this matter as Im sure you experience can tell alot...

mmm don't laugh,your carbs still high so you not have to worry
but good training for your brains
puzzles, word puzzles, memory games (memorize your favorite quotes - and they have to be long quotes), reading every day - not magazines, but books
I have an important test coming in a month
iff its that important why start the cuting and did you not waith?till the test is over
I didnt think It`ll mater that much... thank any way..

For me it is mandatory once a week to take cheatmeal
Situated on the athlete how far he's ripped, to cheat his meal
Last 3 weeks is it 2 high proteïne days and 1 high carbs
