    Yeah. My front delts and tris need to be stronger. I can lift a lot more with laterals than front raises, so I am thinking front delts are a weak link, and I already know my tris need work.

    Same here bro..over the course of 6 weeks I pounded the shit outta my triceps with heavy compound moves and then did lots of seated mill press and upright rows.

    I feel that really helped alot and also I moved my hands in just a bit to put a little bit more tension on my triceps.

    Good luck, you'll get 225 in no time.

    835lb squat in smith machine what i dedicated the lift to my fiance who passed with blood coming out of my face an people watch the bar bending on my back never giving up till i reracked.
    did a drop set starting with 550lbs on a walkout squat for 5 then other stupid shit leg press 1000lbs 30 reps

    damn thats good 400lbs i think the most i ever did for 10 was like 315-330lbs if i remember correctly on militarys

    did log and rack pulls today.
    rack pull was 700, straps but no belt. best I ever got here was 725 but I was much heavier then. pretty happy.

    575lb walkout barbell squats raw for 1 set of 3 no belt no knee wraps nada but my tank top an shorts an no shoes
    500lbs barbell squat for 11
    405lbs barbell squat for 24 reps
    1000lb leg press for a set of 35 i was shooting for 40 though

    getting out of bed for work when I have been off for a week! another 2 weeks or so of work then get 2 weeks off for christmas break how the schools work then able to train when I want not fighting for weights at the gym an rest all day
