    3 x 30
    4 x 40
    and they were all BURIED, none of that 90 degree half rep stuff.
    quads are sore today.

    205lb skull crushers for 10 reps with people lookin at me like wtf? when i threw the ez bar like nothin when was sitting up with it when set was done

    ii think i might try for 225lbs next time one of my friends at the gym saw me an said I dont even want to even attempt the stuff you do your nuts

    Smith-Machine Squat. 205 pounds for 20 deep reps.

    I know it sucks, but it's the best I could do.

    I went into the gym the other day and saw my buddy standing infront of 225lb barbell. He picked it up and started doing standing Overhead extension for 12!

    i never try it standing really thats insane though I use the ez bar when I do it, sometime wud use barbell lying though....Best lift for me today was picking my daughters up an hugging them from getting to seem them in i dont know how long? they did great today wrestling slaming,double legs,go behinds!! looking at a proud poppa here watching them wrestle that good
