    210x8 on pulldowns and 315 on rack deads for 6.

    Not my best for those are the best for today.

    I did 10 reps of 405 deadlifting to the middle of my shin and back up, for the last exercise in my back routine.

    today it was 320 bench for a triple with L O N G pauses on the chest.

    thats pretty crazy.....up around 315 my reps get pretty fast.....

    I don't have a journal here but....

    I deadlifted 641 this past weekend, and that helped me win my meet.
