    MY BACK STRENGTH IS OK BUT NO WHERE NEAR MY PRESSING STRENGTH.....BUT DEVELOPMENT IS FLIPPED...BACK IS MUCH MORE DEVELOPED THAN FRONT.....WEIRD...HIGH FIVE

    No training journal yet but this is from today:
    Legs this morning (6:15am) - 315lb Squats 5 sets of 5 deep ass in the bucket reps. Used a belt but no knee wraps. Currently sitting around 194 at 5'11. Did some singles, doubles and triples last week this week was a reps week.
