    barbell walk out squats 365lbs for 25 reps then 415lbs for 17 with no belt or knee wraps

    Probably the Good morning position barbell loaded hyper extensions today. Did sets of about 20. Damn were those rough, but I liked them. Just enough hamstring work for my squat day too.

    Incline 230x6 PR 185x6 with 2 second pause at bottom!! PR
    Flat Dumb Press 110x3 PR cuz I have never tried to press more than the 100's-- I thought I could have got 5.

    I do not put much stock in x weight on x machine, but....

    Hammer Strength V Squat (has a very good carry over for me on regular squats and deads)
    5 plates + 100 on each side for a single.
    704 total (if that matters)
    4-6-13 100% RAW Powerlifting/ALL RAW Powerlifting
    Open 242 (weighed 235) 534.6/385.8/644.8 T = 1565.2

    BB curls 125 X 5. haven't directly trained arms for a month or so, i was happy with this.

    Squatted 405 x 5, then got 315 for 16 reps about five minutes after. Wanted 20 but couldn't quit shaking.
