I think victors body is tapped out! He has a nice physic but he's lacking the detail in his legs, and overall mass. If he doens't do well at the Arnold, his time is up....

Jay can win with one quad, Vic brings up both and has a narrow waist and hips. Vic should only train one quad and do weighted crunches. He'll win one soon!
Vic is amazing. He def should've placed ahead of Wolf.

LOL! There's an old saying among film editors. A movie (or video) is never finished. We just run out of time.

It hurts me to the heart to say this ... but, victor is finished, from this point he will only fade more and more. (2007 Mr Olympia though)

In this MD exclusive 12 minute mini-documentary from Mike Pulcinella we see
Victor just weeks before the 2010 Olympia being put through an intense leg
training session by Joe McNeal. In a post-Olympia interview Vic opens up
about his experience at the O, how he bounces back from disappointment and
    his plans for the future.

Default Point of Chains on Smith Machine Squats?

Can someone rationalize the use of chains on a Smith Machine Squat? I just don't understand. I see it all the time on free-squats, but if the bar is guiding you (no need for extra stability), then what do the chains do besides add weight? And then why wouldn't you just add weight plates?

    Please help.

They add weight, but only at the top of the motion. They hit the floor and offload when you squat down, thereby taking pressure off while the knee is in it's most vulnerable position.

I'm sure there are other reasons as well.
