I can have pity and mercy on someone who kills someone that finds their spouse in their bed with another man. If another man comes into MY house, into MY bed and fucks MY wife, I would probably fucking kill him.

People like that don't deserve prison for life, but maybe 5-8 years with a chance for early parol, along with strict warnings not to kill the next guy that fucks your Wife. LOL....or something along those lines.

However, ALL child child rapists should be shown no mercy. They should get no last meal, no last words, nothing. They should be tossed in a pitch black solitary cell with only enough food to keep them alive until they are executed painfully in an inhumane way.

Their execution should come from the prison itself....everyone in the entire prison should be notified at their cell's that a child rapist is being released into the population and that there will be NO penalty instituted against anyone who takes justice into their own hands.

Let that vile motherfucker die in whatever way they choose.

Those who rape full grown women should be imprisoned for life and become everyone's bitch. They shouldn't be killed, as they did not take a life themselves, but they should lose their freedom and be forced to suffer in the same way, but for much longer and in a worse way. No penalties should be imposed against any inmate that rapes them.

Turn's out one of the guys I work with, his brothers wife is a possible victim of Sowell's. I guess she disappeared a year ago in that neighborhood, grabbed while getting out of her car...they person left her purse which had 300$ in it and a back seat full of groceries.

Once released, Sowell had to register as a sex offender. He was required to report to the sheriff's office once a year until 2008, when a change in the law caused him to report every 90 days.

He last checked in on Sept. 2. On Sept. 22, deputies did a spot check on him to verify he lived on Imperial. Sowell answered the door, but deputies did not enter the home. Since Sowell was no longer on probation, they needed a search warrant to get in.

That was shortly before 9 a.m. Around 5 p.m., Sowell beat and raped another woman, according to a Cleveland police report.


Why didn't anyone notice the smell or report it to the authorities?

Many people in the neighborhood noticed the smell over the years. Drain pipes were flushed. A sewer line was replaced. Some residents believed the stench came from a 57-year-old Ray's Sausage shop on the corner.

But the odor even overpowered Ray's employees – some of whom had to work in the second-floor offices of the sausage shop, only six feet from Sowell's house. Ray's owner Renee Cash believes the smell has lingered since at least 2006.

"We always thought it was the sewers," she told The Plain Dealer.

A renowned pathologist said that many people don't recognize the smell of a decomposing body because it is a distinct smell most people are fortunate enough not to experience.
