Thanks everybody! It was alot of fun and working with Shelby made so much of it possible. I have made improvements since February 2008, when I first started working with Shelby. I can honestly say that Shelby is one of the most professional and responsive people I have ever worked with - in any discipline in life - let alone bodybuilding.

I agree with all the constructive feedback - in fact I see many more areas that need to be brought up than were mentioned. I'll give myself time to make those improvements - when I step onstage again - I will be stepping on it to be a formidable open competitor and until then I have much work to do!

Yeah, dude in the Pic is not me - and if it was - this would be a sad digression of a BB'ing career.
