Bottom line Jay brought it both nights, superiour shoulder struture to a decent waist line. Jay made improvements from last year. Dexter, well he just coasts too much he never gets better or worse. Phil looked awseome on saturday night, I mean awesome. But the show is two nights and the most important day is friday which he looked flat and small. Kai looked good but he could be so freaky and was not as freaky as he good be. I think kai could be ronnie freaky. Branch Warren well was the next biggest and leanest competitor on the list. This is bodybuilding, which, in essence is about the BIGGEST, leanest, and symetrical physique on stage. Not the smallest most ripped guy onstage.

I'm sorry i never post but come on! how is it that this guy has won 3!!! I can see the year when ronnie had a retarded lat, or maybe even the year after, but this won was a F!@#$ng sin. How is everyone saying kai and phil were "not in top form" they were both teh most aestetichaly pleasing, ripped, and good waste lines (well kai can improve GH). But still Phil looked like a god, Jay has giant stomach that he tries to hold in the entire damn time, his back is wide yeah but what about the detail!!! Branch over Kai and Phil ???? really..... Yeah he was conditioned but when a guys legs are wider then their back do they really deserve a second at the MR O

Jay does not have a huge stomach at all and never has. He is the only guy who has a waist that actually goes in when he does his front double bi pose. His entire midsection is just awsome, so I do not know what in the hell you re talking about.

There is no way that Phil or Kai deserved to beat Jay. Good thing you are not a judge!
