In Saudi Arabia this past week a muslim man was found guilty of child molestation, his sentance is to be crusified upside down.

2 weeks ago a muslim man in Arizona ran his daughter over with the car to kill her because she was "acting to American" he claimed it was his duty by his religion as an honor killing.

I could go all day on this, but my point is,,, Hate lives in the hearts of these men & women,,, it is placed there by pure evil. I believe it to be of the devil, that to me can be the only common denominator reguardless of color, race, or shroud of religion they choose to hide behind.

I may get slammed for this but I don't really care. The problem with this world is Religion. How many wars and death are due to religion? MILLIONS and perhaps BILLIONS! Its a load of crap. I love how some of the most vocal and extreme of voices here offer opinions on a subject yet cannot actually spell some of the words they use. How can you offer yourself up as the better man, the right man, the man whose religion is best when I've seen three different versions of the word (now pay attention here) concentration.

ALL religions include a phrase of which the effect is 'to spread the word of god'. The Islamic faith, I think, says it something like 'the one true word' but so does Christian Bibles. Hence, as per at least once sensible reply, religious and political arguments always go to shit on most sites. People either cherry pick phrases and quotes from their version of the good book to back up their own views or go at it hard.

At issue is the way this attack was first reported. It is an attack by a man who happens to be a Muslim. We've got the BBC's Radio One playing in my gym and they just reported another shooting, this time in a Texas bar (a robbery and sexual assault). Add that to the others I listed earlier and see if the story can be twisted to suit. Here in the UK we had many anti-bodybuilding type headlines over the years which used to go something like 'Fitness fanatic goes on rampage!'. When you actually read the story it would be a guy that did sit-ups and press-ups or, worse, 'was a former bodybuilder' (meaning someone who USED TO work out). One headline which was reported on RX from here in the UK was 'video game causes man to kill woman'. The actual story included that he was drunk and had been subject to violent outbursts from the age of 6. In other words his playing of a video game was CO-INCIDENTAL. To add your own anti-Islamic or whatever else you don't like this month angle to it is pathetic.

This story is the same. A nutter went on the rampage. That's it.

True. I've never heard a proper explanation for why ALL faiths have a version of the ten commandments. In every one 'thout shall not kill' is included. Now list Holy wars. I don't think you have to worry about it, the UCMJ, or Uniform Code of Military Justice, is pretty harsh. Hanging was still a form of death penalty until fairly recently. He will get what's coming to him, trust me. And maybe even some of this, , before he gets put to death.
