Friend one of the Fort Hood Victims
A friend of mine was one of the victims of the Fort Hood Shootings. I got the news this morning that Amy Krueger of Kiel WI was killed in the shooting. Kiel is a small town of only 3500 so everyone knows everyone. My prayers go out to her family!

I am from a small town, so I know what it means when something like that happens. It affects the whole town.

Just reading about the lady who brought him down with four shots after she'd taken a bullet through both legs. Hearing about poor Amy it seems right in some way that it took a woman's heart to stop him.

I know that Amy's family thanks you all for your support. This is a true waste of life. Amy was very proud of her service to this country - very brave girl!
