I respect every bodybuilder that goes through the process of dieting and standing on a stage; it takes determination and a single mindedness to succeed.

Dan is still young and his physique will blossom further during the years ahead, I wish I had started sooner but hey, such is life. I got steered into this sport after going off the rails, hitting the bottle and the ciggies.

I turned my life around and to see a young guy like Dan doing his thing and keeping grounded deserves respect IMHO.

Well done to everybody who entered this competition, if nothing else it has raised my profile in the USA, hopefully for the good and it just goes to show the amazing, passionate support I have from the guys here in the UK.

I am now 9 days out from the biggest competition in my life and I feel on top of the world. I will soak up every moment and watch the final of the Gaspari Cyber Classic and I'll be there cheering with my wife.

Lets all stand united on this and remember that I may not have won this battle but there'll be many more I will win on a personal level; the first being the Arnold in 9 days time and the second being the British Championships in Oct.

I love this sport and will do for the rest of my days.

God bless you all especially those that have supported me for the 5 years I have been competing.

Once again thanks for the support it has been totally overwhelming and I will not let you down next friday and I'll be flying the Union Flag with pride!!!

regards

James
You're a class act. You have a huge future ahead of you in this sport brother. Best wishes.
