Its PROB been asked before but what show are you going to do next.LOOKING AT THE OLYMPIA I THINK YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST BEEN TOP TEN.NOT TRYING TO KISS YOUR ASS TOO MUCH BUT IF YOUR LEGS KEEP IMPROVING YOUR NAME IS GOING TO BE THROWN AROUND WITH KAI PHIL WOLF.I THINK YOU ALREADY HANDLE SMALL SHOW WINNERS LIKE SILVIO AND TONEY FREEMAN. QUESTION What do you think about Dorians beleif that underhand pulldowns are superior to reg widegrip pulldowns?

Hi Evan,
given a good diet, training and supplementation do you think one can grow muscle at a good rate while being sub 6-7% bf?

hi evan! i have this question, what is the truth on this word," if is not broken don´t fix it"
because i understand that the body adapts to the workout that comes a time that the workout does not work at all, can you see my point here? i do not know if you understand what i´m asking, if so, thank you bro!!!

I would have to think that the same would hold true for the human body. It would seem that growth which takes place at a slower rate will be denser and of greater quality. Furthermore, I think it is the healthier way to go about it.
As for Lee Priest, I first met him at the Arnold in 2008. I was training in the gym and he was there and we got to talking a little bit. He was just really cool and had a great sense of humor. So far as I know him, I like him. As a bodybuilder, he was born to be a bodybuilder, has competed against the best, has enjoyed a long career and in my opinion, is a legend.

man that makes soooo much sense, i sorta think the same way but that analogy just makes it that much clearer, anyway not to keep bothering you but its hard for everyone on here not to love you :P you seem to have ( and i use the word ''seem'' because i dont know you personally) but you seem to have the same mindset/philosophy as the great Tom Platz and i dont mean training or anything like that but just the way you observe what you do, like bodybuilding is an extension of your life, its not a hobby or anything else but an extension of the mind and body. just wanted to know if he has much impact on you or his 'persona' i shall say. i guess when you see individuals and its hard to compliment yourself but i consider you, kai and platz as some of the most intellectually insightful people on bodybuilding and its great to see that mindset in all you guys thats as deep as it is rough.
have fun in ireland bro! hope u didnt get an aisle seat :P

Sup bro,
That mac oil is pretty good and I'm happy with the purchase. It's a little more dominating in shakes compared to other brands i've tried, but it tastes good, so it doesn't really bother me. I'd definitely reccomend it as a way of getting the best bang for your buck and still getting the high quality, cause like i said, mac nuts do come from Hawaii
