Now when i get on stage and think i look like shit i can think back and be like wow i was better then this kid. But i deffinitly commend his efforts and also for getting on stage.

The icing on the cake was when MTV got Ava Cowan (a figure competitor) to teach this kid mandatory bodybuilding poses.
On the beach full of people! Now that's humiliation!

Also a good way to overcome stage fright, and get prepared for posing in front of hundreds of complete strangers.

What was his bodyfat percentage range? Thirty percent? Thirty-five?
Either way when he took off his shirt and exposed his soft doughy physique to millions of folks on national TV I believe stage fright was no longer an issue!

I don't care if people are out of shape, but its a bad attitude like that makes me want to punch people in the face. He did nothing but bitch and moan. It was a waste of the producers, the cameramen, Peter and Ava's time. The only thing I give the kid credit for is looking like crap and having the guts to go up on that stage.

This is the type of thing that will make me drive my foot through the screen, and I do not have extra money for a new monitor at this time.
