1/31: First Ever DRAGON'S DEN training and nutrition seminar with Rich Gaspari in NJ

Join Team Gaspari for the first ever DRAGON’S DEN to be held at Apollon Gym in Edison, NJ on Saturday January 31, 2009. Apollon Gym, then in Highland Park, was the first gym Rich Gaspari ever trained at when he was 15 years old. Gaspari Nutrition will now call Apollon Gym, home to Gaspari Nutrition in New Jersey. This seminar will be FREE of charge and will begin at 12 noon sharp until we’re done.

Hosted by Rich Gaspari, the first ever Arnold Classic champion in 1989... this seminar will offer a unique never before seen perspective from the DRIVE of a former IFBB Pro and Hall of Famer, the EYES of an IFBB judge and PASSION of a President/CEO with a mindset to change the industry -all in one up close and personal like never before.

Special guest athletes IFBB Pro 202 Competitors Flex Lewis and Jason Arntz, Fitness Pro Erin Rileyas well as top ranked NPC Heavyweight Mark Alvisi, dont miss it this one of a kind event!!! Also IFBB Figure Pro Irina Veselova and owner Robert Samborsky, NPC NJ Judge and Promotor will be in the house as well.

SEMINAR WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SEGMENTS…

1. DIET AND NUTRITION – proper bodybuilding diet and nutrition program, supplementation and off-season training will be covered. Bags will be handed out to everyone that attends. See below for contents.

2. OFF-SEASON TRAINING – Rich will actually train with our athletes.

We may break off into segments… Final details TBD.
- Rich and Mark training arms and shoulders.
- Flex and Jason training back and legs.
- Erin taking the girls through her hardcore training regimen.

3. CONTEST PREP INCLUDING POSING*

*Note: We are looking for one or two people who will be in good shape for an impromptu posing seminar. Rich is an IFBB Judge and will take someone through the mandatory poses, pointing out strengths and weaknesses of this lost art form. We understand that this is the off-season, so if you can attend and fit the description please email dragonslayer@gasparinutrition.com with a few photos to be chosen to pose down for critique at the seminar.

Event to be filmed for GASPARI TV: We will also have Chapman Media Group in the house, producers of Gaspari TV to film the event to be released at a later date on Gaspari TV, perhaps also on Bodybuilding.com and MD TV as well.

Based on the success of this event, Gaspari Nutrition will hold this event at Apollon Gym tentatively every other month and content will be based around the time of year –topics to include off-season training, pre-contest training, contest prep nutrition, posing and more. We will then launch a series of DRAGON’S DEN seminar across the country in major markets.

Wahooo! I just went to the seminar MD had and was dying to go back! It's funny, I was actually telling my girl, "Shit, I guess I'm a big fan of Gaspari's....always promoting them and I am currently using the Mitotropin, Myofusion, and Plasmajet as a part of my contest prep for the NYC Mets. Can't wait for the Dragon Slayer shirts too cause I've put a few miles on my ORIGINAL one from about 2 years ago.

If I lived in NJ I would so be at this event. I loved Rich Gaspari as a bodybuilder. When I watch his videos and how his dedication is to the sport of bodybuilding. It inspires me to train harder and keep focused on my goals

THE POSING SEMINAR PORTION

Who has got the balls to get up there in front of everyone and be critiqued by none other then the Dragon Slayer himself?

This expert advise just might help push you over the top in your next contest. What good is the amazing physique you've built through weeks and weeks, months and months of hard work in the gym with proper nutrition IF you dont know how to show it off?

Robert Samborsky, NJ NPC Promoter and Owner of Apollon Gym will be in attendance as well. If you intend to compete in NJ in 2009, it makes sense to come out and meet Robert... as well as the staff at Apollon, Irina alone is worth a visit

This seminar is about interaction with Team Gaspari and those in attendance. Seek out advice from the pros who have done it and are still doing it.
