I think he just did a few sets to piss me off...LOL...I was talking about how sickening it is to see how fricking huge his calves were.....

Why does he come up on his toes on the hack squat? Wouldn't that take the emphasis off the quads?

I asked him this too...he does this in the first few sets as an overall WARMUP for the legs and calves...you will notice as he goes heavier he does not do this...

I remember reading in one of Erik's articles that he continues to train calves because they are his moneymaker, and to be honest, I want him to see him have the craziest calves in the history of bodybuilding (if he doesn't already have them haha).
