Is Iris Kyle Bad for womans Bodybuilding?

As a Big BB fan I feel Iris is too big and not Femanine enough to be Ms Olympia! She has plenty of muscle and is in great shape but has it gone too far? This is not a very politicaly Correct Thread and its not Personal but for me The look Lenda Murray had was as far as things should have gone! Whats Your Opinion?

Iris is Ms. Olmyopia because she's the best bodybuilder.

There are all sorts of challenges with women's bodybuilding but when you stand her up on the stage and compare her with everyone else she is simply the best.

Ever see her in Person? I have and for me its way too much and with a girl like Cathy lee Francios out there why not go for a more femanine look?

Got to say I agree with Bigguy86 on this one Mayor. I don't think Iris is bad for Women's Bodybuilding. Iris is busting her arse and pushing back the boundaries for the girls. No-one has to chase her on the mass side of things, and those that choose to may not ever get close to the combination of size and conditioning, so when Iris leaves the sport it may be that the next champ will be of a different shape (probably as Iris is elite.)
And like Bigguy86 says, you can alway's look at the figure girls.

Iris is a great athlete,but is her look not femanine enough? For Me Lenda Murray was as far as it should have gone! No Doubt Iris works hard but the Question is,is this a good lokk foe female bodybuilding? I say No!

I agree that women's BB'ing has gone a little too far, but it's been that way for quite some time now.

They are women and they should build a body that is in concert with woman's body.

Using any male hormones or masculizing drugs should be banned from the women's side of the sport, as it is in direct contradiction to femininity.

i came here to type that...

she pretty much defines female body building.. its about being muscular and having great conditioning.. shes both .. if shes too muscular to be Ms olympia then jay is too muscular to be mr olympia.. if you do not like muscular women dont go to the womens show..

so what about the men? the men look like cartoon characters in this line of thinking.. they are grossly out of proportion for the typical male form.. we should outlaw drugs in general? Untill the IFBB starts picking a new Ms. Olympia to show they are looking for someone more feminine, things will never change. I mean in Iris defense, she did add a more feminine hairstyle and make-up, etc.

but yeah this is a shitty thread apart from that picture. if your complaining about womens bodybuilding going too far.. i can't see why you wouldn't be able to say the same for the male bodybuilding.
both have evolved to extreme levels and thats cool with me.

i think iris is the deserving ms. olympia.. it's not a T&A event like figure bikini, it's judged on physique and last weekend both jay and iris were the clear winners.

I agree with the practical implications and the obvious dbl standard.
YES, until they decide to drug test, we will see big, freaky pros on stage for both MEN and WOMAN.
Like the big freaky, men; Iris is simply the product of hard training, rigid diet, genetics and DRUGS.
However, most guys in any gym think the big pros look impressive and think massive size is cool. The same thing doesn't apply to the typical woman who works out. Very FEW woman who work out in gyms want to look like Iris or a big , freaky IFBB pro woman.

yes MEN think the MEN pros are impressive.. most WOMEN think the male pros are hideous though. I tend to really like lots of muscle but i am NOT the norm of an average american woman.. my sister thinks the men i date are absolutely hideous because of all the muscle..

if i saw iris in the gym it would make me lift HARDER.. my old gym in jersey Heather Darling (FBB Pro) lifted there and let me tell u.. i always thought i was lifting til she got there lol just watching the insane lifts she was making made me bust my ass harder...

what AVERAGE people think is pretty irrelevant IMO for the simple fact that i have NEVER shrived to be average in any way lol

Shes pretty damn big but still looks feminine.
