IFBB Sacramento Pro "Play by Play" & Contest Info- Saturday, November 7th!
IFBB Men's Pro Contest and an IFBB Figure Pro Contest.
The 2009 Annual NPC Sacramento Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships will also be held.

IFBB Women's Figure:
Check in at 6pm on Friday, November 6th at the Event Hotel (Lobby)
IFBB Pro Men's:
Check in is at 6:30pm on Friday, November 6th at the Event Hotel (Lobby)
NPC Check in: Early Check in is at 7 to 9pm on Friday, November 6th at the Event Hotel.
And again on Saturday morning, NPC athlete briefing is at 8am.
For the finals Athlete Briefing will be at 5:30pm.
The hotel is the Courtyard Sacramento Airport Natomas (make sure it is this Courtyard).

crest is GREAT!
The Crest Theatre is an AMAZING venue! I competed there 4 weeks ago at the WNBF US Cup and have to say that was probably the best venue I've ever competed in.
This show will draw a big crowd. Sacramento loves the sport of bodybuilding.

I spoke with Toney today, he is "DEFINITELY" doing the Contest!
Melvin Anthony is NOT!
Dennis Wolf said yesterday he is leaning toward doing the Arnold Classic in March 2010!
Darrem Charles is waiting to do the Pro Ironman in January.

Just spoke to Dan Solomon from PBW and he said, "Darrem Charles is doing the Sacramento Pro!"
Dan used to work with Darrem and they are very close friends so I trust his information is correct. Based on the Guest Posing from last weeks show, I'd say Darrem has a ways to go to look like he did earlier in the year as he packed on quiet a bit of size leaving him vulnerable at this contest against the likes of Ed Nunn, Toney Freeman and even Mark Dugdale!
Things in Sac Town just got more interesting!
