i think the judges need to look at the quality on stage, not the name on the score card or country of citizenship (ie, non American)..

It's a bikini contest.
What does everyone expect, objective quantifiable judging criteria?
What is the reality of this event?
A bunch of skinny beach bunnies with breast implants walking around on a stage wearing high heels to elevate their ass higher so that it sticks out more.
That combined with world champion beach bikini bunny mandatory comp butt sticking out poses.
The goal of this NON SPORTS comp at something called the Arnold SPORTS festival is probably not to provide an objective quantifiable judging criteria related to choosing the world champion beach bikini bunny.

It is what it is.
They promote it as a IFBB Pro Bikini contest at a major bodybuilding / sports festival .
It's still a frickin T/A show and the winner of it has won a T/A contest.
The idea that this is serious is laughable.
I can see that the objective judging creteria for this contest is difficult...
Contestant 1 has a better 'upper body' than all other contestants because she could afford better breast implants than they could.
However other contestants have a more rounded bubble butt than she does and their butts stick out further than hers does when they are walking around on stage sticking their butts out and when they are in the mandatory butt sticking out high in the air pose.
