This is true but as they say, it's not the off-season that matters.

I don't know dude. After last years fiasco (I know, I sound like a broken record already) I'm not sure Kai will ever beat Phil. The judges won't give it to him even if he shows up 275 peeled.

I was at a seminar that he said the same thing. And No I don't think Shawn is a threat. I think he was 5th at last years O. So no There is no way he is even top 4 or 5 this year.

In all seriousness and regardless of how many Olympia's won. Everyone should be a threat (competitively). I mean, if you think that your unbeatable, just imagine someone coming from out of nowhere and smokin ya! How would that feel? I know- I would feel like shit if that happened to me. It can happen, just ask Ronnie Coleman who placed 15th @ '94 Olympia- 11th 95' Olympia- 6th 96' Olympia & then went back down to 9th in 97' before he finally made it to the top. Just sayin.

yep. someone could accidently relax thinking they got it in the bag. But someone else is wanting to be bigger better leaner. they live for the time they might get to hold the sandow

Actually Shawn was 3rd at last years O. But I agree, as much as I like his physique, I don't think he's a threat Phil.

People will forever sleep on Shawn until he's Mr. O. All he needs is about 10 lbs of stage weight in his back and chest over last year's package and he's neck and neck with Phil

I honestly think that if Shawn adds more thickness to his back and a little bit to his chest, he might be better than Phil. His legs and arms are good and while Phil has the edge in freaky bodyparts and round bellies, Shawn makes up in aesthetics, has better abs and a slender waist. And I've never seen Shawn displaying a gut, whereas...

Realistically, Heaths in the clear for now but I think Shawns Legs look better, he has a better waist and abs so ya Phil does have to watch out eventually and he knows that.

Phil is also about 10-15 pounds heavier, has a superior back and arms in comparison to roden, and conditioning to match.
shawn is no threat this year, or next year. I do him winning a AC championship though or place top 4 again in the O

Rhoden is better looking, but the Philster continues to improve his smash talk.
