What's up guys..figured I'd put up some pics from a few days ago...as of yesterday I'm 7 weeks out of my first show..the atlantic states in nyc. Just some background I'm 23, 5'8.5 and was about 207-208 in these pics. Working with Matt Porter and it has been tough but great so far! Looking forward to the coming weeks!

Condition looks on point, look great in the upper body but I think your back double bi needs work in terms of posing. It looks like you have the back you're just not showing it properly. I'm sure you know this but the legs really need a lot of work. i might be at the night show, Good luck and keep us posted.

edit-looked at the pics again, it might just be the lighting in the bdb shot. It looks like there's a dark spot/shadow over your back or something in that pic

Cool maybe I'll see you there...and you're right on all counts lol...the posing needs a TON of work as do the legs, everything does really haha. Plan is to do this one and take about 16 months between the next one and really focus on gaining a lot of muscle..focusing especially on the lower body training legs more frequently but like I said everything needs to improve a lot.

You know what you need to work on I believe so no need in really going there. I think Matt is gonna have you shredded and although your legs and chest are lagging, they will be ripped so it won't be so glaring IMO.
A standard is set when performance is taken to a new level.

              1. You will look better then most guys do for their first show. You are starting to look muscular with some overall thickness. 2. Stay on the diet and don't do anything drastic or crazy. Practice holding the basic 7 poses again and again , especially right after you work out. 3. Nobody starts with a perfect body and no weakness. Good luck, you should do well and bring home a trophy.

I'm going to go against the grain and tell you that your legs are too big. They need to look like you live in a wheelchair.
