I gotta say that was an awesome workout to witness, Daz saying to me after a set of 4 plate a side shoulder presses "I'm not going to go heavy this far out from a show, normally I'd do sets with 5 and a half plates a side"!!!!! WDF???

Had a pretty good workout ! Ultimate Fitness is a great gym...good kit in there ! Si was moving some poundage and keeping the intensity level up there too ! Just had a text from Daz earlier....carb up etc has gone well,he sets off early tomorrow...hope he gets a fair shake at the weekend !

It's in Central Birmingham mate...About a two hour drive from London I'd say.
