HEY EVERYBODY. SORRY I HAVENT BEEN AROUND LATELY. I HAVE BEEN TRAINING TO THE MAX AND HAVE NOT HAD TIME TO POST. RIGHT NOW I WEIGH 233. I AM EATING 550G PROTEIN, 400G CARB, AND 120G FAT PER DAY. I PLAN ON STAYING HERE FOR A FEW WEEKS AND THEN I WILL LOWER MY PROTEIN AND FAT FOR 2 WEEKS. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING BACK ON STAGE AND MAKING SOME SERIOUS NOISE.
