Kai does have a tendency to be voluble, but at least he is saying something interesting and different. I guess a lot of bbing guys just want to know what sets and reps are getting done, and what the diet is. Amazing they have an indefatigable appetite for such drivel. Not saying Kai is a genius or doesn't wander and repeat himself. But there is value in what he says, and at least, he is not just another inarticulate meathead.
