          change the headline title to 'do i believe in Atlantis and the 5 power crystals' then have Nate make some cool banner like with an underwater city with 5 diferent color crystals giving off an aura

              you have to contact Tony Daugherty if you want the elusive Josh Lenardowitz interview..
              just suck up to Tony and tell him his gym is better than Bev Francis gym and that the Arnold Australia is the best event other than the Olympia
