                My lifts very similar. I remember maybe 5-6 reps at 200kgs at 108 kgs BW.

                    My heaviest ever was 4 x 20kg’s each side, and a 5kg, a 2.5kg and the 2.5kg collars. So basically 4.5 plates each side. Tried to go heavier but it wasn’t happening.

                    Not even been back to 4 plates a side for years, far from it nowadays. Few times in the last few years I’ve gotten back to 3.5 plates a side, even 3 and a 15kg but then I start getting knee and back twinges.

                    Around 3 plates does me when squatting is going well for a few weeks. Nice and deep and controlled negative.

                        Those were brutal half reps I used to do - got up to 725 before I blew out 2 disks.

                          I injured my tendons, so I'm glad if I get a painless 6 repper with 220lbs in.
